What is Hamstring tendinopathy?
Hamstring tendinopathy is an inflammation of the hamstring tendons that cause pain around back or outside of the knee or buttock. Hamstring tendinopathy is often caused by over use in sports or leisure activities.
Many tendon injuries are caused by either repetitive or sudden overuse and can be difficult to heal, sometimes taking many months.
