No quibble, 30 day simple returns - we want you to be happy.
Should you not be completely happy with your purchase of the M.A.D Micro-therapy unit, for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your purchase and receive a full refund of the purchase price of the unit, excluding postage and packing.
To prevent fraud we will refund to the purchasing credit/debit card account holder only. We will not issue cash or cheque refunds as an alternative.
In the unlikely event that you should wish to return your M.A.D. unit, please simply email us at contactus@mad-1.com and we will email you the details of where you can send the returned item. As soon as we receive your returned units we will refund you the full purchase price, excluding p&p charges.
The device should be returned in its original box and you will be responsible for the return postage costs. Please note that we strongly advise you to return items by registered post or by Courier as we cannot provide refunds for items which we do not receive.
