How many MAD-1s will I need to effectively treat anxiety myself?

The number of MAD-1s you will require is dependent on the severity and number of symptoms you experience.

Treating Mild to moderate anxiety
If you suffer from just occasional bouts of mild anxiety or mild 'performance nerves', then one devices can be enough to relieve the symptoms. However, most individuals require at least TWO MAD-1s to provide an effective treatment for anxiety.

I find the machine simply amazing, it is helping me to get off prescription medication for depression and anxiety, I don't know where I'd be without it. (probably on med's forever). It has allowed me to take control of my life again. I must say I am impressed by the machine as I didn't think it would work quite so well.
