Why is RSI so difficult to heal?

Repetitive strain injuries are caused by excessive or abnormal use of our tendons causing them to become inflamed. A normal tendon is sleek and smooth and glides effortlessly through the surrounding tissues. However, when a tendon has been over-used, parts of it can become inflamed and these areas of inflammation become rough and cause it to rub against the surrounding tissues, leading to even more inflammation and pain.
The reason that tendons are so slow to heal is that they have very poor blood supplies, compared to muscle or skin, both of which require lots of oxygen in order to do their job. This ample blood supply means that muscle and skin heal relatively quickly as all the ingredients they need to heal themselves are carried in their ample blood supply. At last a treatment that works!  You name it and I've tried it and yours is the first thing that has actually achieved sustainable results. This should be the standard treatment for RSI. I just thought I would let you know how pleased I am with the results of using your mad1s. I recently returned to work at my local supermarket and started to develop pain in my wrists when I moved them.
