Satisfaction Guarantee:
Should you not be completely happy with your MAD-1, for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your purchase and receive a refund of the purchase price, excluding postage and packing charges. To prevent fraud we will refund to the purchasing credit/debit card account only. No cash or cheque refunds will be issued as an alternative.

The device must be returned in ‘like new’ condition and in its original box and you will be responsible for the return postage costs. Please note that returned items should be sent by registered post or by Courier as we cannot provide refunds for items which 'go missing’ in the post.

To return a purchase under the 30 day money-back guarantee

 
Please fill-out the Returns Form below and we will then provide you with an address to return the devices to, and organize a refund of the cost of purchase.
Please DO NOT, under any circumstances, attempt to return a purchase without contacting us first, or send returned goods to our offices. Returned goods that do not follow the above procedure will not be refunded.
Please make sure that you pack your returned devices with care as items that show signs of abusive or negligent damage cannot be refunded.
Please note: Any additional 'Battery and Pad packs' are only returnable under the 30 day satisfaction guarantee if they are complete and unopened.


To return a faulty purchase under warranty

Your MAD-1 device is warranted from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year.
If your MAD-1 appears to have a fault please carry out the simple 'Trouble Shooting' check list that is located at the back of the user handbook. If this does not resolve the problem then please fill out the Returns Form below so that we can organise repair or replacement of the faulty device.
Please note that the warranty is void if the device shows evidence of having been dropped or impacted, chemical, sand or water damage, tampering or corrosion.
This warranty does not cover postal costs.
