Using the MAD-1 to treat depression and Bipolar Disorder.

You do not need to be a professional acupuncturist to effectively treat yourself with the MAD-1. However, Depression is one of the more complicated disorders to treat, so you will need to take some time to study the handbook and to find which points provides the most effective treatments for your individual pattern of symptoms.

Some of the commonly used acupuncture points to treat depression are on the forearm.
