| Terms of Purchase of the MAD-1. These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions on MAD-1.com web site. You should read through them carefully before placing your order. We may change these terms without prior notice to you and any changes will apply to subsequent orders received. In order to place an order and to enter into a legally binding contract with us, you must be over 18 years old. It is necessary to read and agree to the following terms and statements regarding the 'purchase and use’ of the MAD-1 before you can proceed to purchase any of our products. We reserve the right to refuse to accept your order if we find that orders are in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Product prices. All prices are given in US dollars and are inclusive of all taxes at the point of distribution. However, in some areas of the world there may be customs duties or other local taxes that may apply and if so, these are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Ordering information. Orders can be placed using the payments methods listed below using our secure website. Payment methods. We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard. Credit Card Security. We take security of your details very seriously indeed and have taken every precaution to ensure your transaction is secure. All card payments made on our web site are protected by a secure connection. Which means that your credit card information is encrypted prior to it being transferred to the bank for authorisation. We do NOT share or pass on any of your details to third parties after you make a purchase. Privacy We respect your privacy whilst using our web site. We do not collect your personal details without your knowledge whilst using this web site The only time we collect your details is when you purchase from us, and we only collect the necessary details in order to fulfil the payment process and to fulfil your order efficiently. Order confirmation. We will obtain authorisation on your card before your order can be accepted. Once authorised we will send order confirmation to the e-mail address you have supplied to us. Availability Product and prices are valid as advertised on MAD-1.com. If a product is out of stock it will be clearly listed as such and you will not be able to make that purchase until the item is back in stock. We do not accept advance purchases on items that are not in stock. Shipping All orders are shipped from New Zealand, usually within one working day of payment confirmation . Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry of the destination country. For your security items will only be shipped to the registered card payment address. We use New Zealand Post 'track and trace' service to provide increased international postal security and insurance for your purchased item. Items purchased with a total value of less than forty USD can be sent by New Zealand Post's Air Mail service, which is substantially cheaper than the 'track and trace' service. However, items sent via standard Air Mail are not insured and delivery cannot be guaranteed by us. Warranty Your MAD-1 device is unconditionally warranted from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year. If the device fails during this time period due to faulty workmanship then you can return it, with proof of purchase, to the distribution agent and it will be repaired or replaced. Please note that the warranty is void if the device shows evidence of having been dropped or impacted, chemical, sand or water damage, tampering or corrosion. This warranty does not cover the postal cost, insurance or any other incidental charges. Returns Should you not be completely happy with your MAD-1, you can return it within 30 days of purchase and receive a refund of the purchase price, excluding postage and packing charges. To prevent fraud we will refund to the purchasing credit/debit card account only. No cash or cheque refunds will be issued as an alternative. fill-out the Returns Form and then we will
then provide you with an address to return the devices to, and
organize a refund of the cost of purchase. Please DO NOT, under any
circumstances, attempt to return a purchase without contacting us
first, or send returned goods to our offices. Returned goods that
